Iko, Sundanese mother with child, before 1924, presumably teak, dimensions unknown, (no image available).

It was commissioned by the Buitenzorg Sculpture Committee as a study for later Madonnas within the framework of planned missionary work. The idea was to gradually familiarize Iko with the theme of the Madonna and Child. It is unknown whether this statue still exists or where it is located.
